The fastest way to reach us is support@rankedspeak.com. Include your account email and a short description of what's going on.

Bug reports

Hit a crash, a stuck loading state, or something that just looks wrong? Please send:

  • What you were doing when it happened
  • Your device and OS version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18.2)
  • A screenshot or screen recording if you have one

Account & billing

For password resets, account deletion, refund requests, or subscription questions, email us from the address attached to your account so we can verify it's you. Account deletion is also available directly inside the app under Settings.

Feature requests

We love them. If there's a drill, mode, metric, or integration you wish existed, tell us. The roadmap is shaped by what waitlist members and early users ask for.

Safety & moderation

To report abuse, harassment, or unsafe content from another user, use the in-app report flow on their profile or in the duel/room. For urgent safety concerns, email support@rankedspeak.com with “URGENT” in the subject line.
