1. Acceptance
By downloading or using RankedSpeak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use RankedSpeak. By using the app, you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not impersonate others or use misleading usernames.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of voice recordings you submit. By submitting, you grant RankedSpeak a limited license to process and store them for the purpose of delivering the service (AI evaluation, scorecard generation, matchmaking).
You must not submit content that:
- Is hateful, threatening, or harasses others
- Violates any law or third-party rights
- Contains personal information of others without consent
5. Subscriptions and Purchases
RankedSpeak offers optional premium features via subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not RankedSpeak.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
- Create fake accounts or manipulate Elo ratings
- Automate submissions or use bots
- Resell or sublicense access to the app
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
7. Elo and Rankings
RankedSpeak's Elo system is for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. Rankings are not a guarantee of real-world speaking ability. We reserve the right to adjust, reset, or recalculate ratings for any reason.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
RankedSpeak is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI evaluations will be accurate. AI feedback is for guidance only and not professional coaching advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankedSpeak and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
