Terms of Service

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You must not impersonate others or use misleading usernames.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data.

You retain ownership of voice recordings you submit. By submitting, you grant RankedSpeak a limited license to process and store them for the purpose of delivering the service (AI evaluation, scorecard generation, matchmaking).

You must not submit content that:

• Is hateful, threatening, or harasses others
• Violates any law or third-party rights
• Contains personal information of others without consent

RankedSpeak offers optional paid features. These come in two forms: an auto-renewing subscription (RankedSpeak Pro) and one-time in-app purchases that unlock a single item. All payments are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's App Store Terms.

Subscription (RankedSpeak Pro).

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple, not RankedSpeak.

One-time in-app purchases.RankedSpeak also offers one-time purchases that unlock a specific item a single time, such as a full coach report for a recording or the ability to read an opponent's transcript in a ranked duel. These are consumable purchases: they are billed once at the price shown at checkout, they are not subscriptions, and they do not auto-renew. Because they are consumable and are delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable once used, except where a refund is required by law. Any refund is handled by Apple, not by RankedSpeak. Pro subscribers receive these unlocks as part of their subscription and do not need to buy them separately.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
• Create fake accounts or manipulate Elo ratings
• Automate submissions or use bots
• Resell or sublicense access to the app

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.
